Cleaning Operative, Cleaning Services

As a Cleaning Operative at Krispy Kreme, you're more than just a cleaner - you're the guardian of sparkle and shine across our busy doughnut-making world. From keeping our trays spotless to making sure our spaces are safe, hygienic and welcoming, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality our fans know and love. You'll be working across a variety of areas:

• Inside the factory, washing doughnut trays, kitchen equipment, and utensils
• In staff areas and corridors, maintaining clean, comfortable spaces
• Outside the building, cleaning bins, trolleys, and handling food waste and recycling

It's fast-paced, hands-on, and no two days are quite the same. Whether it's sunny or stormy, you'll be supporting the doughnut-making process from the ground up.

We're looking for people who:

• Are flexible to work 8-hour shifts in line with our manufacturing schedule
• Have great availability across the week, Monday through Sunday
• Are hygiene-focused and proud to deliver high standards
• Bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Are team players who care about the details but don't take themselves too seriously

In our standalone factories, you'll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts - fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves.

It's fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success. Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores - where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it's showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time - and your part of the performance.

No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training - all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Whether you're behind the scenes or in the spotlight, this is your chance to grow your career while making something people love.
