An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Fitter to join our Engineering Team at our Peterborough At Stagecoach East we operate over 290 vehicles, which connect our passengers across the east of England with our engineering teams playing a fundamental role in ensuring our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Our depot at Peterborough is a purpose-built facility and we operate 60 buses from there.
The successful candidate will play a key role within our maintenance team to ensure our vehicles are maintained and repaired, so they remain available, roadworthy and reliable for our customers at all times.
This is a shift-based role, with shifts any 5 days over 7, which will be discussed at interview.
A PCV licence is preferred but not essential as training will be provided as required.
NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject is essential.
