Multiplex is seeking a Fabric Services Supervisor in Peterborough to oversee Building Fabric FF&E and the Maintenance Team within the Greater Peterborough Health Improvement PFI. You will deliver hard facilities management services and liaise with Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors.
You will act as Appointed Person, provide FF&E guidance, and uphold health and safety standards while supervising subcontractors and coordinating PPM/testing regimes.
