They're now looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Controller to lead their dynamic sales team to even greater success.

This role is ideal for a high-performing Business Manager or Transaction Manager who's ready to step up and thrive in a more senior, results-driven position.

• Leading, managing and motivating the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional results
• Driving daily operations including deal files, customer handovers, and sales funnel management
• Maintaining showroom standards, vehicle presentation, and overall customer experience
• Maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring the team exceeds performance and manufacturer targets
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer journey
• Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus

• A proven background in automotive sales with a strong performance track record
• Experience in leading or supervising a team, with the ability to inspire and influence
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Commercially minded, target-driven, and tech-savvy
• Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about the car industry

4 to 5 long days per week, covering both weekdays and weekends (rota-based)

£42,000 basic salary

Realistic OTE with an achievable, uncapped bonus structure
