Head of Finance Operations

We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning company based in Coventry, who are recruiting for a Head of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) on a permanent contract. The salary on offer is £60,000 - £70,000 with generous benefits including a 10.5% annual bonus. Office presence is expected 2 days per week in Coventry, with 3 days per week WFH.

The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Developing and maintaining robust TCO models and methodologies to support pricing, forecasting, and strategic decisions Managing the organisations financial risks by creating various models across the portfolio, applying commercialism where required Leading a team of three analysts Building and maintaining strong relationships with all manufacturers and external data providers to ensure accurate and timely cost inputs Collaborating with Sales and Commercial teams to provide ARC insights that support competitive pricing and customer proposals Monitoring market trends, residual values, maintenance costs, and other key factors impacting TCO Challenging existing processes and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Working hours:
