Within the @one Alliance, we collaborate with eight partner companies to deliver half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme. In Asset Management Period 8 (AMP 8), we are delivering an unprecedented programme of work. We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects and drive delivery excellence.

• Lead end‑to‑end processes for a group of projects, ensuring alignment with outcomes and objectives.
• Integrate Health & Safety, Environment & Quality into all phases, never compromising standards.
• Develop and sustain high‑performing teams, coaching individuals to meet career aspirations.
• Manage proactive, engaging and transparent stakeholder relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
• Establish commercial strategies, including procurement, for optimal delivery of a work portfolio.
• Balance acceptable risk with cost, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
• Ensure governance processes and procedures are followed to manage and control projects.

• APMP or equivalent Practitioner‑level qualification.
• Significant experience as a Project Manager or Lead Project Manager.
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.

• Experience on projects valued at £100m+.
