• Reporting in to the Area Manager; responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand by exceeding KPIs and inspiring the team to deliver and be the best they can be.
• Customer experience pioneer – customers become Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors, experiencing the true magic of the brand through selling spellbinding products and leading by example.
• Coach and mentor to the team – support and develop team members through on‑the‑job training, coaching and ongoing support.
• Collaborator and innovator – influence and build lasting relationships cross‑functionally in retail and head office.

• Proven management experience, operating at Deputy Manager level or above, with a track record of delivering exceptional results from KPIs to people, ideally in beauty, retail or FMCG.
• True leader who believes their strength is as strong as that of their team, inspiring the team to be the best versions of themselves and empowering them to think in a limitless way.
• Highly organised, problem‑solving and a quick thinker with innovative spirit, able to adapt style and implement processes and routines.
