Overview
Service Manager – Leaving Care Team
Location:
Peterborough (Hybrid Working Available)
Rate: £450 per day
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Leaving Care Team.
- Ensure high-quality services are delivered in line with statutory requirements and best practice.
- Lead, support, and develop staff to achieve positive outcomes for care leavers.
- Manage performance, budgets, and service improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies and stakeholders.
- Significant management experience within Children s Services.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, policy, and practice relating to Leaving Care Services.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive service improvements.
- Social Work qualification and registration desirable.
