An established Building Services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its growing team in Peterborough.

With a strong pipeline of secured work across the commercial, industrial, healthcare and education sectors, this is an opportunity to join a business that continues to invest in its people, its projects and its long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of project delivery, building strong client relationships and leading teams to successful project outcomes.

You'll be trusted to:

Lead mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
Manage site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers
Drive programme performance and ensure project milestones are achieved
Coordinate procurement activities and resource planning
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
Monitor project costs and support commercial objectives
Oversee commissioning, snagging and project close-out activities
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

We're interested in speaking with people who have:

Experience delivering mechanical building services projects
A background working for an M&E or Building Services contractor
Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and mechanical systems
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
A proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery
