Meridian Business Support are recruiting for a Care Home Manager (Residential Care) to lead a well-established residential service in Eye, Suffolk. This is a senior leadership role offering strong earning potential, excellent support and the opportunity to drive quality and occupancy within a respected care setting.

The role
As Care Home Manager (Residential Care), you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and compliance of the home, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing clear leadership to the team, creating a positive and supportive culture focused on resident wellbeing
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and working towards high inspection ratings
Managing budgets effectively to achieve financial targets and control costs
Driving occupancy through local marketing, networking and relationship building
Building strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
Leading, developing and supporting a multi-disciplinary team to deliver consistent care standards

Skills and experience To be successful as a Care Home Manager (Residential Care), you will have:

Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home setting
Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
A track record of achieving good or outstanding inspection outcomes
Commercial awareness with experience improving occupancy and financial performance
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
