You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for an Project Manager who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance.
As the Project Manager, you will:- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery at every stage.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams to deliver efficiently and effectively.
- Embed health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and risks to protect delivery and performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams through clear and confident communication.
- Proven project management experience within the construction or water sector.
- Strong leadership capability, with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on delivery.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
