Are you a Branch Manager or senior solar professional looking to build and grow your own business unit? Do you want a genuine route to board level within a growing renewables company that invests in its people?

The company is a growing renewables specialist delivering solar PV and heat pump installations across Newark and surrounding areas. Currently subcontracting out solar work, it seeks a candidate to bring it in-house and drive branch growth.

In this role you will manage full branch operations, from handling enquiries and leads to building and supporting a growing in‑house solar installation team, while receiving heat‑pump training to broaden your technical skill set. A clear pathway to board level exists as the department expands.
