Reports to: Director of Site Operations – Network Access Products

The Senior Operations Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within Cubis Systems’ Tallington site, driving operational excellence, safety performance, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing and site operations. Reporting into Director of Site Operations - NAP, the role is responsible for ensuring operational activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Working closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and site leadership teams, the Senior Operations Manager leads the development and implementation of operational strategies that improve productivity, quality, cost performance, and customer service. The role is instrumental in standardising processes, optimising resources, and building organisational capability to support sustainable growth and operational resilience.

As a key link between site operations and the wider Cubis Systems leadership team, the Senior Operations Manager provides governance, strategic direction, and performance oversight, ensuring alignment with company goals and the successful delivery of operational improvement initiatives across the Tallington facility.

• Lead and promote a safety-first culture, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the Tallington site.
• Drive operational excellence through the achievement of key performance metrics relating to safety, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery (OTIF).
• Provide leadership, direction, and governance to ensure the consistent application of operational standards, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support and challenge operational leaders to achieve business objectives while driving accountability and ownership across all manufacturing and site activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity utilisation, productivity, and overall operational performance.
