Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 12 supporting people within the criminal justice system to rebuild their lives.
- Manage the weekly schedule: 2 days at the Peterborough Community Hub for administrative and team coordination tasks.
- Spend 2 days visiting team locations across prisons (including Peterborough and Littlehey) and probation services (Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge, King's Lynn).
- Spend 1 day traveling to further afield sites such as HMP Wayland, HMP Norwich, Norwich Probation and Hollesley Bay.
- Ensure that travel is paid; the role requires driving and a base location around Peterborough.
- Previous management experience in a similar service (criminal justice, supported housing, homelessness, employability) or evidence of supervisory experience or clear leadership potential drawn from a frontline role.
- Starting salary of £35,948 per annum.
- Paid travel.
Travel is paid, but you will need to be a driver and ideally based around Peterborough.
