If so, we'd love to hear from you.Bretton Park & Hampton Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking a motivated, proactive and organised PCN Manager to lead the operational delivery of our Network Contract DES and support the continued development of innovative, high-quality primary care services.
Our PCN comprises 3 GP practices serving a combined population of over 33,000 patients across Peterborough. Working in partnership with our CDs, Partners, Managers, you will play a key role in shaping the future of local primary care. This is a varied role with responsibility for the operational management, supporting the delivery of national and local priorities, workforce planning, financial oversight, governance, quality improvement and the implementation of new initiatives.

Main duties of the jobAs PCN Manager, you will provide operational leadership across Bretton Park & Hampton Primary Care Network, working closely with the Clinical Directors, PCN Board and member practices to deliver the Network Contract DES and achieve the PCN's strategic objectives.
You will lead on the day-to-day management of the PCN, supporting workforce planning, financial management, service development, project delivery, governance and contractual requirements. The role also involves working collaboratively with GP practices, the Integrated Care Board (ICB), neighbourhood teams and wider health and care partners to strengthen integrated working and support the development of local neighbourhood services.
This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the opportunity to lead service improvements, manage multiple work streams and contribute to the future development of primary care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients and local communities.

Job responsibilitiesThe PCN Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across Bretton Park & Hampton Primary Care Network (PCN), ensuring the effective delivery of the Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service (DES) and supporting the achievement of the PCN's vision and objectives.
Working closely with the Clinical Directors, PCN Board, GP Partners and Practice Managers, the post holder will oversee the day-to-day operational management of the PCN, leading on service development, workforce planning, financial management, governance, quality improvement and contractual performance.
The role will play a key part in developing collaborative working across the three member practices and with wider system partners, supporting the delivery of integrated neighbourhood services and contributing to the wider objectives of the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS).
The post holder will lead and coordinate projects that improve patient care, reduce health inequalities, strengthen multidisciplinary team working and ensure the PCN remains responsive to national NHS priorities and local population needs.
The PCN Manager will provide professional leadership, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration across the Network.
