Project Manager | Cambridge | £55,000 + Package

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established family-run main contractor based in Cambridge — refurbishment, CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects, solid client portfolio and a good reputation locally.

They're looking for an experienced PM to take full ownership of projects from pre-con through to handover. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, managing subcontractors, chairing meetings, controlling costs and keeping programmes on track. A proper PM role with real autonomy.

The business is big enough to offer variety across sectors, small enough that your work gets noticed and your contribution matters.

Suited to someone with a solid background in commercial construction and fit-out, confident managing the full project lifecycle independently. SMSTS desirable. Full UK driving licence required. Enhanced DBS check required.

The package:

 * £55,000
