Engineering Manager

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Operations Manager, will be responsible for:
 
* Significant experience leading operations within mission-critical facilities or similar environments.
 
* Strong knowledge of engineering governance, operational resilience, risk management and compliance.
 
* Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and facilities teams across multiple sites.
 
* A track record of delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
 
* The ability to lead and coordinate incident response, business continuity and service recovery activities.
 
* Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, supplier performance and contract delivery.
 
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, senior stakeholders and technical teams.
 
* A collaborative leadership style that inspires, develops and motivates others.
To be successful for this Engineering Manager role you must have:
 
* Degree, HNC or HND in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
 
* IOSH Managing Safely.
 
* NEBOSH Certificate (desirable).
 
* Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and facilities teams across multiple sites.
 
* Professional registration or working towards chartership (desirable).
