Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Operations Management

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic programme management team supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple business functions. You will play a key role in delivering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project performance, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, actions and change requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate planning workshops, project meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Support resource planning and project budget management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery practices.

• Degree qualified or equivalent project management Experience.
• Proven Experience delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources and project risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with portfolio, resource and cost management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Microsoft Project.
