Pin Point Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading print manufacturing company based in Peterborough, who are looking for an experienced Print Minder to join their growing production team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business operating state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced, high-quality printing environment.

As a Print Minder, you will be responsible for the efficient running of a 4 Colour Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Press, ensuring all print work is produced to the highest possible standard while maintaining a safe and efficient production flow.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Set up, operate, and maintain a 4 Colour Heidelberg Litho Press.

* Ensure print quality, colour consistency, and registration are maintained throughout the production run.

* Carry out routine machine maintenance and ensure the press is kept in excellent working condition.

* Monitor production to minimise waste and downtime.

* Complete all relevant production records and quality checks.

* Work collaboratively with production and finishing teams to meet customer deadlines.

* Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Shift Pattern:

* Three 12-hour shifts per week

* Overtime available.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience as a Print Minder, ideally working with Heidelberg lithographic presses.

* Strong mechanical and technical understanding of litho printing processes.

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
