Structural Steel Fabricator
Location:
Peterborough Salary: £16.00 £ 18.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am 3:00pm Overtime:
Over 40 hours at 1.34x basic rate, Saturdays at 1.5x basic rate
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator to join our team in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fabricator to work on a variety of structural steel projects in a well-established workshop environment.
Key Duties:
Fabrication of structural steel components Cutting and preparing steel to specification Reading and interpreting technical drawings MIG/TIG/MMA welding as required Working to high standards of accuracy and safety Requirements:
Proven experience in structural steel fabrication (essential) Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Strong welding skills Competent in measuring, marking, and cutting steel materials A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
