**** About the Role
** We’re looking for an experienced OT Configuration Manager to lead our Configuration Team and the development and maintenance of configuration standards for our Enterprise SCADA and Enterprise Control systems. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of OT within Anglian Water, ensuring our systems deliver exceptional performance and support our commitment to reducing leakage, preventing pollution, and providing outstanding service to customers.
Own and deliver the strategy for OT configuration standards and maintenance. Play a key role in the Alarm Management Strategy and present new standards for approval.
** Key Responsibilities
** Lead and develop the team of OT configuration engineers.
Manage OT configuration budgets and risks. Flexible benefits to support your wellbeing and lifestyle. Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of enterprise SCADA configuration. Proven experience in developing standards and leading teams. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to influence at all levels and manage SLAs and KPIs effectively. Knowledge of OT processes and principles. Experience delivering capital projects and managing commercial contracts.
