Shift Pattern: 2 x morning shifts followed by 2 x night shifts
Salary: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for a temp to perm position in Peterborough. This role is offered through an agency and is ideal for candidates seeking long‑term, stable work in a busy warehouse or industrial environment.

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock within the warehouse or production area
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Following all health and safety procedures

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent)
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance FLT
• Ability to work 2 x morning shifts followed by 2 x night shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in [relevant experience] (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
