What youll be doing:
Full paint preparation (masking, sanding, priming) Mixing and matching colours to manufacturer standards Applying basecoat and clearcoat finishes SMART repairs and blending work Inspecting and refining completed jobs Maintaining spray booth and equipment What we need:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer Strong knowledge of modern paint systems (water-based preferred) Excellent colour-matching ability High standards and attention to detail Full UK driving licence preferred Whats in it for you:
