Projects Coordinator

We are looking for a technically minded and highly organised Projects Coordinator to support the delivery of aluminium glazing and façade projects.

This is a key role within the team, ensuring that projects move smoothly from design stage through to manufacture and installation. You will be working closely with project managers, designers, and fabrication teams to keep everything aligned, accurate, and on schedule.

The role requires strong attention to detail, confidence with technical systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Overseeing the coordination of aluminium glazing projects through all stages

* Managing and maintaining technical documentation and project data

* Using specialist software such as Reyna Pro, Logikal, and Schucal for design, configuration, and estimating

* Working with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on track

* Reviewing architectural drawings and technical specifications

* Supporting planning, scheduling, and resource coordination

* Ensuring materials and project information are accurately controlled

* Identifying and resolving technical or logistical issues as they arise

* Maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in aluminium glazing, curtain walling, façades, or a similar construction environment

* Good understanding of glazing systems and how they are installed

* Familiarity with Reyna Pro, Logikal, Schucal (or similar industry software)

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently

* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively

* High attention to detail with a practical, problem-solving mindset

* Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

* Competent IT skills, including MS Office and project tools

Desirable Experience

* Previous coordination or technical support experience within construction or façades

* Understanding of UK building regulations relating to glazing systems

What’s on Offer

* Competitive salary between £38,000 – £50,000

* Full-time office-based
