General Operative Warehouse & Production

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable General Operatives to join our busy warehouse and production team in the PE8 area . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities Sorting and inspecting fresh organic produce as it arrives from the fields. Carrying out quality control checks to ensure products meet high standards. Assembling and packing seasonal vegetable and recipe boxes. Using eco-friendly and biodegradable packaging materials. Preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required.

What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Physically fit, with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks. Own transport is essential due to the location of the site, which is not easily accessible by public transport.
