Auxo Talent is seeking a Production Engineer to assess plant efficiency, implement improvements, and maximise uptime across packaging and manufacturing lines. You will work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and GMP standards.
The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering, production experience, and knowledge of AC/DC drives and PLC systems. You will interpret schematics and drive continuous improvement initiatives on site.
