This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's largest automotive preparation centres, operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Peterborough. Backed by an investment of over £10 million, the site has been designed with quality, efficiency and employee wellbeing in mind.

The Role
As a Diamond-Cut Alloy Wheel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring alloy wheels to manufacturer standards using specialist CNC diamond-cut lathes.
This role focuses purely on machine operation and quality-you won't be stripping or preparing wheels, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC diamond-cut lathes to refurbish alloy wheels to manufacturer standards
Produce high-quality, precision diamond-cut finishes
Carry out quality inspections to ensure exceptional workmanship
Follow company processes and health & safety procedures
Maintain equipment and a clean, organised workspace
Support and mentor junior team members where required
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the department
What We're Looking For
Previous experience operating CNC lathes within alloy wheel refurbishment
Proven experience producing diamond-cut alloy wheel finishes
Excellent attention to detail
Pride in producing high-quality work
Reliable, proactive and team-oriented approach
