Monday to Friday | 07:00 - 15:30

We're looking for a reliable Production Operative to join a busy food manufacturing team, supporting the production process while also carrying out forklift duties. The successful candidate must hold Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and Flexi Truck licences
and be confident operating FLTs safely within a fast-paced production environment.

• Operate Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and Flexi forklifts safely around the site.
• Load and unload deliveries efficiently.
• Supply production lines with materials as required.
• Operate packaging machinery and pack finished products.
• Follow production plans and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Support factory clean-downs and housekeeping.
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as required.

• Valid Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and Flexi Truck licences (in-house licences accepted).
• Previous experience operating Counterbalance, Reach, and Flexi forklifts in a warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures.

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience supporting production lines or working within an FMCG environment.

Permanent, full-time role
£13.50 per hour
