Electrical Fitter

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter / Panel Wirer to join their expanding engineering team based in Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the build and assembly of bespoke machinery and automated systems within a modern manufacturing environment.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in electrical fitting and control panel wiring, who is confident working with PLC systems and interpreting electrical schematics to deliver high-quality builds.

• Build, wire, and assemble electrical control panels to a high standard.

• Install and wire electrical components on bespoke machinery and automation equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

• Carry out panel wiring, machine wiring, and electrical assembly work.

• Assist with PLC wiring, fault finding, and support during machine testing and commissioning.

• Perform electrical inspections and testing where required.

• Ensure all work complies with current electrical standards and health & safety regulations.
