Production Supervisor

Location: [PE2 Orton]
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our busy chilled food production team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong production background who can lead a team, maintain high quality standards, and ensure production targets are achieved in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within a chilled food production environment.

• Lead, motivate, and support production operatives to achieve daily production targets.

• Ensure all products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

• Monitor productivity, minimise downtime, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times.

• Complete production records and reports accurately.

• Conduct daily team briefings and allocate work effectively.

• Monitor staffing levels and support training and development of team members.
