- Location: Peterborough, Orton Southgate
- Temp to Perm
- Schedule: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 weekly rotating shift. Night shift 22:00-06:00 to be worked during peak periods so flexibility to work them at times is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Work collaboratively as part of a shift team
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on experience operating machinery
- Strong understanding of health & safety and SOP compliance
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
