Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a Production Operative Mixing & Compounding to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in blending, mixing or compounding
, particularly within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical or personal care industries
.
The Role
You will be responsible for producing high-quality products using mixing vessels, following batch sheets, works orders and strict manufacturing procedures. You will set up and operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining quality, hygiene and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mixing and manufacturing equipment in line with SOPs and batch instructions
. - Accurately complete paperwork, batch records and production documentation.
- Follow detailed mixing instructions, including monitoring temperature, equipment and product quality
. - Take product samples at required stages for testing...
