We are currently recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers / Production Operatives to join well-established manufacturing and recycling companies across Bourne and Peterborough.

These are excellent opportunities for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.

We have opportunities available across both locations, with different shift patterns depending on the site.

Monday to Friday | 1:00pm – 11:00pm
Temporary to Permanent

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous Counterbalance FLT driving experience
• Good work ethic and willingness to undertake a variety of duties
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Flexible and willing to support wider site operations
• Previous recycling, production or machine operating experience is advantageous

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Loading and unloading materials
• Machine operating
• Dispatch and loading activities
• Labelling products
• Weighing materials
• Moving materials around the site
• General cleaning and housekeeping
• Assisting with other site duties as required

Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

We also have opportunities for FLT Counterbalance Drivers / Production Operatives in Peterborough, working within busy manufacturing and warehouse environments.

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous FLT driving experience
• Experience working within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Flexible approach to duties and shift requirements
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Operating Counterbalance FLT equipment
• Loading and unloading goods and materials
• Moving stock and materials safely around the site
• Supporting production and machine operating activities
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Labelling and weighing products
• Completing general warehouse and production duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Assisting with other duties as required

A valid Counterbalance FLT licence and previous FLT experience are essential for these roles.

These are hands-on positions requiring a positive attitude, flexibility and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for suitable candidates to secure long-term employment.
