Machine Operator
Location:
Peterborough, Orton Southgate
Temp to Perm
Schedule:
06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 weekly rotating shift. Night shift 22:00-06:00 to be worked during peak periods so flexibility to work them at times is a must
We' re looking for an experienced and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery to maintain high-quality output.
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Work collaboratively as part of a shift team
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on experience operating machinery
- Strong understanding of health & safety and SOP compliance
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
