This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's largest automotive preparation centres, operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Peterborough

The Role

As a Diamond-Cut Alloy Wheel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring alloy wheels to manufacturer standards using specialist CNC diamond-cut lathes.

This role focuses purely on machine operation and quality—you won't be stripping or preparing wheels, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC diamond-cut lathes to refurbish alloy wheels to manufacturer standards
  • Produce high-quality, precision diamond-cut finishes
  • Carry out quality inspections to ensure exceptional workmanship
  • Follow company processes and health & safety procedures
  • Maintain equipment and a clean, organised workspace
  • Support and mentor junior team members where required
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the department
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience operating CNC lathes within alloy wheel refurbishment
  • Proven experience producing diamond-cut alloy wheel finishes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Pride in producing high-quality work
