The Role As a Diamond-Cut Alloy Wheel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring alloy wheels to manufacturer standards using specialist CNC diamond-cut lathes. This role focuses purely on machine operation and quality-you won't be stripping or preparing wheels, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate CNC diamond-cut lathes to refurbish alloy wheels to manufacturer standards
* Produce high-quality, precision diamond-cut finishes
* Carry out quality inspections to ensure exceptional workmanship
* Follow company processes and health & safety procedures
* Maintain equipment and a clean, organised workspace
* Support and mentor junior team members where required
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the department What We're Looking For
* Previous experience operating CNC lathes within alloy wheel refurbishment
* Proven experience producing diamond-cut alloy wheel finishes
* Excellent attention to detail
* Pride in producing high-quality work
