The Fox is seeking a Co Packing Supervisor in Peterborough to lead a team of production operatives and agency staff. You will coordinate daily shift activities to meet customer demands, ensure on-time output, and maintain strict hygiene and safety standards on the floor.
You will also supervise day-to-day operations, brief the team on workload, and uphold SOPs while adapting to promotional periods and changing conditions. This is a temporary two-month role with weekend work as required.
