• Crush lead generation and engagement goals across all platforms and channels.

• Analyse campaign performance, ROI, and customer insights to fuel constant innovation.
• Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, sales, events, finance, and data teams to align on powerful growth objectives.
• Create high-performance affiliate and JV programs to amplify reach and revenue.

• A proven track record in strategic marketing, ideally in direct response and digital-first brands.
• Excellent managerial skills with a proven track record.
• Exceptional leadership, creative, and analytical skills.
• A hunger to learn, test, and dominate emerging marketing platforms and trends.
• Experience managing teams, scaling campaigns, and driving real commercial results.
• A growth mindset, entrepreneurial flair, and unstoppable drive.

• £70k - £100k salary (based on experience) + performance incentives
