Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate Joseph Valente’s digital presence. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping social media strategies, producing compelling content, and driving meaningful engagement across multiple platforms. Your work will directly support the expansion of Joseph’s brand and the promotion of his ventures.

Responsibilities Overview

In this position, you will develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with Joseph Valente’s goals and audience. You will manage his presence across platforms including Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Twitter (X), while monitoring industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant. You will plan and deliver campaigns to support events, product launches, and collaborations.

Content creation will be a core part of your role. This includes producing visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and videos that reflect Joseph’s authentic voice. You will work directly with Joseph to capture real‑time moments, edit and optimise video content for maximum reach, and write engaging captions that resonate with his audience.

Engagement is essential, so you will actively interact with followers, respond to messages and comments, and help maintain a positive and welcoming community. You will also identify potential collaborations with influencers, brands, and Joseph’s audience to expand his network and strengthen connections.

Data‑driven insight will guide your work. You will analyse performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, preparing regular reports that inform future strategy. Understanding audience behaviour will be key to shaping content that drives results.

In addition, you will act as a guardian of Joseph’s personal brand, ensuring that every interaction and piece of content reflects his values, style, and professional image. You will maintain a consistent posting schedule, stay aware of emerging platform features, and leverage new opportunities to enhance reach and impact.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and evolving trends. You will need excellent skills in content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting. Strong communication abilities are essential, as is the confidence to work closely with a high‑profile individual in a fast‑paced environment.

You should also be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines.

Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer is beneficial. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing principles, and Joseph Valente’s brand style is a bonus, as is a background in personal branding or entrepreneurship.

Education & Experience

A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Ideally, you will bring around three years of experience in social media marketing and social media management.
