** The Opportunity
** We are looking for a creative, hands on, and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to lead and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing and creating engaging content, building online communities, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement.

* What you Will Do:
*** Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
* Write, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and You Tube
* Manage day-to-day social media activity and community engagement
* Monitor social media trends, competitors, and emerging platforms
* Plan and execute organic social campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation
* Collaborate with enterprise and divisional marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead social media guidance and training
* Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations
* Build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates
* Manage social media calendars and ensure content is delivered on time
** What You Will Have
**** Promotion and Marketing Communications:
** Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market. Level Working Knowledge
* Proven experience in B2B social media strategy creation and management
* Strong analytical skills, with experience using platform insights and Google Analytics
* Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content marketing principles
* Deep expertise in social media strategy and management
* Marketing, Communications, or related degree qualification
