Junior Graphic Designer

What is the role

You will be involved in the design, update & upkeep of our websites. As well as online and offline marketing design including customer campaign emails, social media posts, app design, store artwork and packaging.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to work face to face and through email. You'll have a meticulous eye for detail, and a keen understanding of our target audience for each of our brands. With a strong work ethic and the ability to deliver a balanced workload to achieve targets and deadlines, you'll be a welcome team player, in a fast-paced working environment.

What you will do

• Have a clear understanding of each customer and how we design for each brand.
• Follow Marketing briefs assigned by your Graphic Design Manager, following any instructions given and take in feedback to hone skills and improve design.
• Demonstrate good time management, prioritising workload.
• Ability to learn a variety of systems quickly and effectively. We use a variety of platforms for uploading our designs, including ones for managing the website, app, and marketing emails.
• Produce creative designs for each brand and support Graphic Design Manager with animated GIFs / videos when needed.
• Produce high quality graphics for social including social posts and stories for all brands.
