Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

Key Quality Manager Responsibilities:

* Lead the site's Food Safety and Quality function.

* Deputise for the Technical Manager when required.

* Manage and develop the Laboratory team.

* Ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP and customer standards.

* Lead customer complaints, investigations and root cause analysis (RCA).

* Drive improvements in GMP, Food Safety and Quality Culture across the site.

* Support customer and third-party audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed.

* Work closely with Operations and Engineering to improve quality performance.

* Manage traceability, laboratory performance and supplier quality issues.

* Support NPD projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Manager Requirements:

Essential:

* Previous Quality Manager or Senior Quality experience within food manufacturing.

* Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP and food safety legislation.

* Degree in Food Science, Microbiology or a related discipline.

* Experience managing audits, quality systems and customer requirements.

* Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.

* Excellent problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) experience.

Desirable:

* Laboratory management experience.

* Knowledge of VACCP and TACCP.

* Experience supporting NPD projects
