Mencap in Peterborough seeks a Systems, Quality and Process Coach to lead on quality standards and improve processes in our busy Helpline. This full-time, fixed term role starts September 2026 and focuses on audits, reporting and turning data into service improvements.
You’ll work with CRM systems, develop accessible digital resources and coach colleagues to meet quality KPIs, using Excel and Power BI to monitor performance across England. Travel to events will be required.
