. - Takeownershipofstudiesfromexperimentaldesignthroughtodatainterpretation.
- Use preclinical data to influence programmedirectionanddecision-making
. - Remain hands-onwithinvivoresearchandtroubleshooting.
- Collaboratewithmultidisciplinaryteamsacrosspharmacology,biology,DMPKandrelatedfunctions.
- Presentfindingsandrecommendationstoseniorscientificleadership.
- Helpdevelopandscalethecompany'spreclinicalcapabilities.
- Ensureresearchmeetsappropriatescientific,ethicalandregulatorystandards.
- PhDorequivalentinpharmacology,biology,toxicologyorarelateddiscipline.

- Previousexperiencemanagingoroverseeingascientificteamisessential.
