Overview
Chef de partie and commis chef required for a gastro pub in the Peterborough area. This is a fresh food kitchen where everything is made fresh on site, including our own butchery.
Responsibilities- Learn the various kitchen sections as a chef.
- Prep your section and cook in service.
- Perform standard chef de partie and commis chef duties.
- Fresh food background with good knife skills.
- Own transport required due to location.
- Right to work in the UK.
Chef de partie:
Up to £27-28k + £3.5k tips. Commis chef: £25-26k + tips.
