Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Argo Lounge, a local café bar. This hands-on leadership role offers a 48-hour contract with a base salary, bonus, overtime, and real progression opportunities within a growing hospitality brand.
You will recruit, develop and coach a kitchen team, uphold high standards, and work closely with front-of-house to create a one-team culture. This is an ideal step for an experienced hospitality head chef seeking progression.
