Looking for a talented Chef to run the kitchen at this 40 cover Village Pub

You will have relative freedom with the menus to create good honest pub food, plenty of opportunities to create daily specials

The owners of the pub are looking for a chef who enjoys cooking pub classics anlongside their own creations. You can heave a certain amount of freedom to develop your menus as long as it fits in with their relaxed dining approach, this isn’t fine dining but just good quality better than home cooked

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Peterborough, Werrington, Newborough, Market Deeping, Tallington, Baston or Stamford area with their own transport

Base Salary from £37,000 (depending upon experience)
