As our new  Second Chef , youll work with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create beautiful, nutritious mealsall without the split shifts and long work weeks. Youll partner with our Head Chef and connect directly with our residents to tailor menus to their tastes.

Solid experience cooking with fresh, seasonal produce and a strong grasp of HACCP.

What Youll Do
Lead:  Step up and run the kitchen with confidence when the Head Chef is away.

Create:  Collaborate on exciting, wholesome menu development using fresh ingredients.

Manage:  Keep things smooth handling stock control, regular audits, and working within budget.

Culture:  Maintain a warm, high-standard, and fun kitchen environment.
