As a Store Colleague, you’ll be the face of our business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure they leave with the best possible outcome.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – valued though not required.

Salary: Starting rate £12.26 per hour, increasing to £12.92 after full training. Potential to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses based on performance against key KPIs.
Location: Peterborough.
Job Type: Full‑time 37.5 contracted hours on a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract.
Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.
