Retail Assistant – permanent part‑time (16 hours per week, 4 days)

Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

• Pay: £10.10 per hour for ages 16‑20; £12.31 per hour for 21+.

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and greeting.
• Assist customers in locating items.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the tills, including packing assistance and a courteous goodbye.
• Handle stock carefully while working deliveries, quickly stocking freezers and shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy – able to switch between deliveries, tills, customer service and cleaning.
• Reliable – dependable for each shift and supportive of the team.
• Flexible with shifts – able to cover for teammates when needed, with rota planned three weeks in advance.
